Mission Presidents Seminar

Today is the end of the five-day Mission Presidents Seminar held at the MTC in Provo, Utah.  We have been here and enjoyed every minute of it.  There are classes on doctrine, missionary practices, and administrative and safety matters.  We have heard from MTC training staff, Missionary Department members, Seventies, and every member of the First Presidency and Quorum of the Twelve Apostles.  It was inspiring to say the least, although the responsibility is somewhat intimidating.  We are, however, excited to travel to Everett, Washington (the best mission in the world--at least for us) and begin our service on Monday, July 1.  We will also have to start shedding some pounds, since the MTC catering folks tried to fatten us up pretty successfully about seven times a day.  We can't wait to meet our missionaries!

  1. Congrats on your call President and Sister Bonham. I'm sure you will enjoy the Mission. MY son Elder Feidler is serving there and is pretty new too.
I look forward to you updating this blog.

    Thanks, Brother Feidler

  2. My daughter, Carina Wawro, will be heading to the MTC on Aug. 14th and excited to come to the new mission. I know you'll take great care of her, and she is so excited to serve. Thank you for your willingness to serve.
